Update/Actualización

I know, I have been off line for quite a while. This past year a lot of things have happen, I took a job as a Montessori Guide in a school in Florida.  Left the bilingual Kindergarten environment and switched to 1st-3rd.  I know! Big Change! This has been an extremely busy year.  I am almost done with my certification in Lower Elementary, which means that by the beginning of August I should be 3-6 and 6-9 certified.  Yeah! There...

This week we talked about Martin Luther King, Jr in class. We watched a movie on Brainpop-Jr. And did MLK portraits (The idea came from a similar activity I encounter on Pinterest).  The pictures turned out wonderful.  My students also made a list as group of the things they learned.
